Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carriers

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

• Australia Post (Domestic and Internationally)

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.

Missing Orders

In the event that your order does not arrive and the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us at hendersonreita@yahoo.com and provide your order number, name and shipping details and we will lodge an

investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, we will gladly replace your order after the completion of the investigation.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight, packaging and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to decide if you want to go ahead with the order. A handling fee may also apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

colour-stories.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

colour-stories.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds when you simply change your mind about your purchase.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition as sent.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
